Pros
As a sales professional, the commission structure is excellent. There are great rewards, like trips, that can be earned by top sales agents. There are some terrific people on the team.
Cons
Sometimes what they preach is not what they practice, such as there are "no silos" and there is open-door policy and communication available. They don't really want to hear what you have to say, especially when you voice the obvious flaws in operations. just be quiet and sell homes. Interdepartmental communication is a struggle. High turnover rate with employees. Required paycheck draw has been difficult for many sales associates to overcome, as if they are always trying to dig themselves out of the hole with how much they owe to the company. A small percentage of sales associates are able to achieve success with the commission structure they lure you in with. Keep your head down and be cautious with how much you express yourself. If not, you may find that you no longer have a job when it is time to cash in at closing time.
