      Ever since the merger with Cash America, it has gone downhill. They don't care about the employees and just want everything done as cheap as possible. Cheap systems and laying off people that know what they are doing.

      fun and varying work day, lots of down time, generous breaks, discounts.

      Cons

      district and regional leadership often some of the worst people depending on your district, lots of incompetent coworkers and managers.
