Experience, knowledge about item worth and value, fun not heavy stress job, good management, fun customers that are loyal.
Cons
One lazy employee can potentially make job harder. Employee discounts harder to get as before. After merging with first cash, job became more corporate and less individual. Also our computer system takes a bit to learn.
