      the pay could be nice

      Cons

      A lot of butt kissing to get a good customer survey that may cause you being fired over something you can't control. They are always hiring and having good people quit. Thank God I quit and 2 more employees also within 48 hours. Goals are stressful to obtain, you have to push everything

      fun and varying work day, lots of down time, generous breaks, discounts.

      Cons

      district and regional leadership often some of the worst people depending on your district, lots of incompetent coworkers and managers.
