Family first atmosphere at the branch level, M-F hours, most positions are autonomous (if you like that).
Cons
VERY bad training, EXTREMELY outdated technology, VERY difficult/unrealistic customer base, no competitive pay structure, no move to keep up with industry trends, a very 'good ol boy' style of managing from the regional level up, not much room for advancement, forced to work with other branches with little to no support, upper management cares nothing for the front-line personnel and only cares about the $$$, expensive benefits, Overall, this job should be merely a stepping stone to a better company within the industry.
