Pros

- Good starting wage -Easy application and interview process -Hours could be good for people whom enjoy hourly positions

Cons

-Horrible benefits -All levels up to the district manager lack knowledge and wing everything. -No guaranteed pay raises. -Hard to get time off. -No real training program. -You could be subjected to nepotism, discrimination and a hostile environment (specifically at the Woodinville branch). -You are another body…you have no value. -

We do feel like our current offerings are competitive but will definitely explore ways to enhance them to meet the needs of our employees better. 2. Management and Knowledge: It's concerning to hear that you feel there is a lack of knowledge and direction among management. We will be addressing this with additional training and support to ensure all levels of management are well-equipped to lead effectively. 3. Pay Raises and Time Off: Your concerns about pay raises and difficulty in getting time off are noted. Reviews and increases are done on an annual basis and we try to be as flexible as possible with time off. We are committed to ensuring our customers’ needs are met in a timely fashion so we do have to ensure we have all routes covered before approving time off. 4. Training Program: We agree that a robust training program is essential. We are in the process of developing a more comprehensive training program to ensure all employees are well-prepared for their roles. 5. Work Environment and HR Practices: Allegations of nepotism, discrimination, and a hostile environment are taken very seriously. We are committed to maintaining a fair and inclusive workplace. We will be strengthening our policies to better handle these issues and ensure compliance with all employment laws. 6. Employee Value: It's disheartening to hear that you felt undervalued. Pros

First Choice is a great company to work for with lots of opportunities to grow! The company is expanding fast, so there are always new positions opening up. I would say its collaborative work culture. A nice perk is the free snacks & coffee, some locations even have ice cream machines. The benefits and 401(k) are solid too. Overall, a great place to build a career!

insurance, they pay be the hour, 8 hour work day

Cons

the time off and pay need some work. it shouldn't take 10 years to get 3 week of vacation. They need to care about the employees we all feel like just a #. A little bit of recognition goes a long way.
