Pros
First Choice as a whole is a great company to work for. Their benefits are good, but over the past year or so they became very corporate and it took away that supportive small office feel. They hire quality employees, but due to lack of pay it leads to valuable assets leaving. Their doctors are truly amazing, they are lucky to have such great patient care!
Cons
Less than average pay, small raises, corporate feel.
