Pressure is placed on the sales staff to pressure callers to buy into perks when they order goods. Many of the callers are elderly and are signed up though they many times do not understand what is going on. This is an underhand and unethical company.

ridiculous rules for staff, constant threats of disciplinary action, commission deducted for sick leave/time off/lateness and other ridiculous reasons, basic pay on 5 -8th of following months and commission 1 - 2 months after. Fraudulent selling tactics. Staff are treated very badly and most dont stay very long at all. The most dreadful place I have ever had to work in my life.
