Pros

Supportive and understanding management that truly cares about employees Opportunities for growth and promotion (I was promoted to Team Lead within my first year) Well-organized scheduling that allows enough time to complete each job properly Strong sense of teamwork — coworkers are always willing to help when needed Compassionate and flexible during personal hardships (especially when I lost my father) Positive and professional company culture When there is a lot of jobs we can get overtime

Cons

The work can be physically demanding at times Busy days can occasionally run longer depending on the job load When there is not a lot of jobs it can be tough to get 40 hours.

Pros

I love carpet cleaning as I have done it for more than 30 years! I also like interacting with the customers on a daily basis!

Cons

The owner. Pretty much what comes out of his mouth is BS. If you were to flip his words 180 degrees, in most cases, that would be the truth of what he is saying. As soon as you start to make any real money he restructures how you are paid so you don't make too much! There have been five very good employees that have quit First Coast Home Pros in the last six months alone (three of them managers) because of the way the owner does business. He is all about squeezing out every bit that he can from each employee to the point of being ridiculous. Also, he is NOT in growth mode for TRUE advancement.
