A lot of opportunities available. The bank as a whole has a living wage in place equivalent to $31,000/year salary.

Cons

Main branch is located approximately 45 min to an hour outside of metro Orlando. Commutes are long. A lot of middle management is ineffective and creates strain on the departments they manage.
