      Pros

      Work was not very demanding. Some busy times but mostly slow paced. Customers were friendly.

      Cons

      Poor morale, mostly from long term employees. Pay and benefits were less than average for the industry. Lack of training and almost NO supervision.

      Great team to work with, a lot of people who love and care about their job. Great group of people to be around everyday and work well as a team.

      Cons

      Only cons would be the job gets slow and repetitive at times.

      Pros

      The flex time came in handy more than once The bank knew when to close down due to in-climate weather Human Resources is fantastic and very supportive of the employees

      Cons

      At the time that I was there management was horrid, the CEO was on his way to driving the bank into the ground. We had a pay freeze and our insurance rates were going up, while they were doing a million dollar remodel.
