      flexible schedule and great benefits

      Cons

      Terrible project planning and communication across teams. Frequently in a “need it yesterday” last minute deadline cycle. Not very “transparent” as leadership says. no clear guidelines for performance reviews or career growth.

      Pros

      FO is definitely a “people first” company. I absolutely love the atmosphere, and couldn’t see myself anywhere else but here.

      Pros

      Incredibly talented people across the company. Great opportunities for learning and growth. Flexible workplace and great culture with a "people first" focus! Appreciate the weekly company meetings with updates/transparency on what's happening across the company!

      Cons

      Being a tech company, we have to move fast. Not a "con" unless someone doesn't like change.
