Pros
Recognition and support for successful agents. Close family atmosphere within the teams. They do not micromanage- do a good job and they leave you alone. The floor managers always recognize good agents and will help them get promoted.
Cons
Upper management can be disorganized and dishonest- they promote incentives without disclosing all the requirements so they don't have to honor when it comes time to pay up. They also have a tendency to let issues get out of hand and then go over board to try to fix it.
