Pros
Large group who are slightly above average in terms of knowledge and professionalism. There is a chance you can be very successful here.
Cons
There is a reason they force you to take high commissions;Not only is it for marketing, its for their trips and HUGE overheads. They've brainwashed their agents to think their marketing is superior. I work in internet marketing and IT. Its not too much better. They are also very behind in technology compared to many other offices. Also very behind in reducing cost and efficiency, causing cost to go up. They take 20-60% out of every commission check.
