Pros
Pretty good work / life balance.
Cons
Below market pay, below average benefits. Absolutely no employee appreciation or recognition. You receive basically nothing for employment milestones (5, 10, 15, etc years of employment). An example of the "gifts" they've given out include a piece of paper with the accomplishment printed on it; not even given with a frame, plaque, or what people actually want - a bonus or raise. Even if the company "has had a great year" you are lucky to receive a 2% annual raise. Raises are not given out to compensate for cost of living increases or inflation. Raises are not given out based on performance either, just the flat annual raise that everyone receives. Management will bend over backwards to make agents happy but does literally nothing for staff. A pizza party is not appreciation, that's just a cheap lunch.
