I truly enjoy working with the team in my division. I never feel alone, no matter what I’m going through. If I’m feeling sad or unmotivated, there’s always someone ready to offer words of encouragement and give me that extra push I need. This company provides so many valuable resources to help you succeed and grow, and the leaders you report to are genuine in their support, they truly want to see you advance and reach your full potential.

Cons

Managing a residential condominium property comes with its challenges, especially when working with a wide range of personalities, each with unique expectations and needs.

Great atmosphere, friendly coworkers. I like working this position, it pays well and the work is reasonable.

I can not think of any, i’m very optimistic so it is hard for me to find something wrong.

They take good care of the office people

Cons

Field workers are second hand citizens. Nepotism by language. Promote people that don't have the skill sets to do the job. The people that have the common sense to be leadership at this point don't want the responsibility anymore. What does that say?
