Pros

Great Location Overall, good, hard working individuals Decent Benefits

Cons

Low Wages Extravagant turn-over Bad, really bad leadership. The kind that gives you the urge to run out the door... A President with such insecurities and low Emotional Intelligence that wants to control his environment by bad mouthing colleagues, putting professional/intelligent people down and keeping those close to him not accountable, but afraid and unstable. A micromanager that won't allow projects to move forward, hence, every project takes double or triple the time for completion and quite often, the results are abysmal because with the huge turn-over, things need to get started again, and again, all the time. Unaware of respecting other people's time and efforts, you will need to get use to long waits and appointments that won’t happen and need to be re-scheduled all the time. The only way to survive in this environment is by turning a blind eye to his tactics or by becoming like him, hurting the morale and good efforts of everyone else in the company.

Pros

Great Support. Great management. Lots of vendor perks.

Cons

Very long hours. Must work to learn about all full cycle of audits, landscape, accounting, paving, reserve funding, public speaking, basic law, and keep current with new changes in HOA practices

Pros

They take good care of the office people

Cons

Field workers are second hand citizens. Nepotism by language. Promote people that don't have the skill sets to do the job. The people that have the common sense to be leadership at this point don't want the responsibility anymore. What does that say?
