I have worked for many high end hotel brands with fantastic orientations and onboarding. I can say that at my first month with First Service Residential has been comparable. Very forthcoming and upfront job descriptions, impeccable and well thought out training plans. Ongoing development plan is on point and clear.
Regard for staff is extremely top of mind and safety/development is a key factor in all decisions.
Executives are exceptional.

Field workers are second hand citizens. Nepotism by language. Promote people that don't have the skill sets to do the job. The people that have the common sense to be leadership at this point don't want the responsibility anymore. What does that say?
