Pros
I can't think of a single pro. Good if you are desperate for a job.
Cons
Was told this is not a software development shop which is strange since all we did was develop software. Features sold to clients without consulting development for feasibility. Production issues too often. So many meetings you can't find time to work. Blatant favoritism and cronyism between management and specific subordinates. No career growth opportunities, literal dead end job. No advancement in technology or methodology because "Not a software development shop". Management's reliance on offshore made doing your job harder because they have no idea what they are doing and you just end up having to fix everything they do. Compensation and benefits are laughably bad. CEO shows blatant disregard for the concerns of employees from any level, even people on his same C-Level which is just shocking. CEO states "we are a small margins company" to avoid having to answer for poor wages and benefits, however management and above is compensated handsomely. The juxtaposition is perplexing. CEO employed a company branding/culture/values campaign that is very cult like to brainwash the disenfranchised into believing they are happy when they aren't. CEO's bottom line, "If you don't like it then leave". Sage advice.
