Pros

I got interviewed two months prior I signed my contract. During the wait time I was on hold until the prior manager left. I was scheduled to take a 'training' course for a week which I virtually attended. My binder was initially lost and delivered at the last moment, the famous training consisted in the 6 attendees to read page by page, when questions arose this rookie trainer stated she would get back to us. I decided to provide information to the rest of the team since have 28 years of experience as a HOA manager. The trainer got upset, cancelled my microphone, NEVER apologized. In the survey at the end of the training I took the time to truly review the trainer's performance. Upper management did not like my honesty and terminated my employment.

Cons

Little opportunity when you are new to the company. Employees gather behind upper management backs without realizing that there is very little employees with HOA background or any chance that your opinion will count. The rest of my piers filled out the survey in less than a minute after I saw them for 5 days holding their heads, been distracted doing something else and totally bored.

Pros

They take good care of the office people

Cons

Field workers are second hand citizens. Nepotism by language. Promote people that don't have the skill sets to do the job. The people that have the common sense to be leadership at this point don't want the responsibility anymore. What does that say?
