Pros

At First Service Residential, actions speak louder than words when it comes to valuing employees. From personalized thank you notes to thoughtful gestures like potted plants and even an exclusive FSR branded Pickle Ball set, the company goes the extra mile to show appreciation. This genuine approach contributes to a positive and supportive work environment. Moreover, the high standards of professionalism upheld by First Service Residential inspire a culture of excellence and mutual respect among employees.

Cons

Working in a position where I am the sole individual responsible for my specific role presents unique challenges when it comes to acquiring detailed knowledge necessary for performing my job. Without colleagues in similar roles to seek guidance from, I often encounter hurdles in obtaining comprehensive understanding and best practices within my position. This situation requires me to be proactive in seeking out resources and developing independent problem-solving skills to ensure that I can fulfill my responsibilities effectively.

Pros

They take good care of the office people

Cons

Field workers are second hand citizens. Nepotism by language. Promote people that don't have the skill sets to do the job. The people that have the common sense to be leadership at this point don't want the responsibility anymore. What does that say?
