      Amazing atmosphere! Employees are warm, friendly and very hard-working. Participate in fun events like Walk for Autism which includes an incredible fundraising benefit hosted by FirstSteps as well as a staff rally night. Great camaraderie. Love working here.

      1 dollar bonus after completing ~300 clinical hours

      Cons

      Not much support for new RBTs; de-escalation techniques learned on the job after earning certification, rather than during training. 1 dollar bonus is advertised as something earned automatically after completing 3 months on the job, but is actually only earned after completing 300 clinical hours.
