      Can't think of anything for this company

      Cons

      - lunch break is 45min, you kind need to eat very fast - put 2 years bond on employee without any training. Use bond to enslave employee to stay for longer probably due to high turnover rate. Do not go for this company! It is illegal based on MOM employment act. - work overtime every day and no overtime pay - Just run, do not sign contract or work with this company or your mental and physical health will be destroyed.

      Pros

      The management care and plan our career there. Always have good events and company trips to build good bonding.worked for 10 years due to my family commitment else I will not leave a caring place like them. Will sure return Fischer Bell when I am more ready. :)

      Cons

      No OT pay but be honest the company in return give us good bonus and other incentives for long term.

      A lot of learning Opportunities and Learning points Seniors and Management are very willing to share their expriences and teach Everyone is very kind, when it comes to events it is really fun! When it comes to work, everyone is serious and task-focused in getting the best results If you are looking for a positive learning environment and being trusted with opportunities given, Fischer Bell is a very good company to upgrade yourself, obtain new skills and gain experience
