Cons
Poor work-life balance. The business is located in Serbia so dealing with USA customers or captains often means late shifts and longer working hours. High pressure to give more than a 100% every day at work (at least for certain teams in the company). This inevitably leads to frequent burn outs and lack of happiness among some people. Occasional micromanagement.
