Pros

If youre good at "kissing the ring" and are a conservative old white guy, this place is perfect for you

Cons

Where to start. Deceit from my first week, constantly changing schedules, lack of support from anyone except other IPS' who share in the frustrations, drama and lots of infighting especially between us and the new sales team that's clueless, no diversity, no promotions, huge turnover, leadership that praises Trump and Elon Musk leadership styles.

Pros

Cons

None that really matter to add.
