Pros
Even as a distant third in the rating agency hierarchy, they still have the rating agency business to provide a consistent floor for their business.
Cons
They have built a business model that relies on increasing rates for using the ratings feeds, without driving any additional value for customers. As a Sales Director I was required to "find" ways customers were using the ratings that they weren't licensed for and many times hold their feet to the fire to push through sizable price increases without any justification. The negative relationships and lack of value based selling did not align with me as a person and was not something I wanted to do for long.
