The business first appealed to me because they told me if I work hard and hit set qualifications I would be promoted. Here I am nine months later launching an expansion office in Detroit. Very excited for my third pay increase since my start date. Also very excited to create a great career out of this.
Cons
This job is hard. It’s not easy to do what we do and nobody can do it without the right work ethic, but the pay off is very attractive. It also takes a student mentality.
