      Pros

      Im having a great time, I originally came in with a real estate background and it didn’t work out as I wanted it to so I started looking for a job but not just any job, a job that can help me grow as a person and Teach me how to do sales five nine took me in and gave the all the training necessary to be successful!

      Cons

      Struggling building a team because I didn’t have management experience but my mentor was always there to help

      Pros

      The leads and supervisors are with you supporting you and helping you reach your goals with whatever you need. It's a great supportive system. The work was very rewarding, though it was a lot of hours. Also, the growth opportunities are amazing if you put in the work. I got promoted just 2 months into it, and that's a testament to the amazing support you have access to.

      Cons

      It's really fast paced, you often work many hours. I also usually worked on Saturdays as well.

      Really unsure of pros besides good friends that I met

      Cons

      Terrible pay out. they want you to work your butt off for little to no pay for the "big dream"
