Pros
Unfortunately I have nothing good to say.
Cons
No trust in staff, every minor decision is micro-managed. No recognition for individual contributions. Zero room for advancement or even getting visibility beyond your immediate supervisor. No diversity here, either. Huge amounts of turnover. Pay is terrible and everyone knows each other's salary (admins make less than a Target employee). On my first day, the HR person wasn't there and no one was ready for my arrival. Internal communication is poor and people are isolated from information and opportunities. If you are looking for mindless work and poor pay, you would be better off at WalMart.
