      Lots of great support from team leaders and lots of helpful resources. Great products and services to offer. Amazing benefits offered to both full and part time employees.

      Cons

      Lots of different software systems to learn. Some of the software systems are amazing and others seem really outdated and inefficient.

      Pros

      Clients are amazing. Made some real friends.

      Cons

      No advancement. Will promise you the world to get you to stay. Ask you to give as much notice as possible when you are leaving but will find a ridiculous reason to fire you. Never hitting financial targets so no bonuses. Terrible branch management.
