Flaherty PT has an amazing staff that works well together, understands the importance of getting to know people for who they are and where they want to go in life, and has fun doing it. The staff and the clients are terrific. Working in the physical therapy environment is fulfilling because we can see the positive impact for patients and meaningful impact we are having as employees.

Working in the medical field has become challenging all around due to fluctuations in policies, increasing insurance costs and out of pocket expenses for everyone involved.

Flaherty is an amazing company to work for. FPT offers a wonderful mentorship program when starting your career. I have always had great support from my boss, managers, and co-workers- they really care about my work/life balance. Patient care is always a priority. Throughout my experience with the company, PT's including myself are inspired to grow with the profession and embrace new research-supported techniques. The environment and culture is extremely positive- the staff find ways to make each day a good one for patients and each other!

At this time in the profession as a whole, salary is challenging due to cost of education, but having a fulfilling and enjoyable work experience means more to me. FPT's competitive bonus structure further enhances my overall compensation.
