Amazing people, everyone seems to care about what they are doing, and to show you how things are done in FLANDERS. Everyone is there for you and constantly offers any help you might need. It was a great experience overall to have spent my summer internship with them.
Cons
The headquarters are in Evansville, IN. Not much to do there, and it feels like a ghost town.
Good technology and interesting work as long as you align with the blisters*.
Blisters: They come after the hard work has been done.
Cons
Hiring and firing have become management’s favorite hobby, a poor substitute for real leadership or accountability. Decisions are driven less by competence or results and more by loyalty—where obedience is rewarded and boot‑lickers are promoted, while actual contributors are churned out.
