Pros
Your co-workers become family and they provide you with snacks (though having that extra few bucks in your paycheck would probably be preferable)
Cons
Your pay is beyond the minimum for what is given in the industry. They prey on college grads who are trying to find their first full time gig and they overwork them till they're broken. It's beyond noticeable recently that the CEO has made it a point to have new hires review the company (with the 5 stars and lots of exclamation points) before they can even form an accurate opinion of the place to try and boost reviews because as you can see below- this place is the worst. The CEO will be nice initially and then throw you under the bus as quickly as possible. By all means should employees be challenged in the work place but this place will literally make you cry and regret ever coming in to interview in the first place. And growth is next to none. You will come in and be able to move up maybe twice before hitting the ceiling. I've never worked somewhere that has gotten smaller versus larger over time and that's never a good sign. Get out while you still can!
