Pros
Developing community is the best part of the job, hands down. Being able to contribute to those who are trying to better themselves is terrific.
Cons
Long hours are a given--you feel like if you aren't working 6 days/week, you're not contributing to the business. There's minimal oversight in the position because there aren't enough people at the corporate level to be involved in your business operations, or even just call and say "how's it going?"
