      Pros

      I loved my time working at fleet feet. The coworkers are so down to Earth and supportive. They really care about your wellbeing. It is also nice to feel like you are making a difference in people's lives.

      Cons

      It can be challenging always absorbing info on shoes, insoles, product, etc. It is also sometimes scary to not be a runner, but the judgement is extremely limited. You will also not accumulate any PTO and you do not get mandated 30 minute breaks.
