Pros
Great co-workers, learned a lot about running and shoes in general. Really nice customers for the most part. Flexible hours.
Cons
Discouraging management, made me work over Christmas even when my family was 9 hours away and I was just a part-time employee. When there were full-time employees that lived close by. Never said thank you or anything. Just complained about how much they hated seeing their family over the holidays.
