Co-workers were fantastic. Working on San Luis Obispo is a big plus, with great proximity to mountain bike trails, running and other outdoor activities. Can't beat the weather here.
Cons
In a nutshell: CEO. Valuations of the corporate options during hiring proved to be of mythical proportions. Ultimate negotiations for sale/acquisition benefited a single individual at the expense of all others. Would you work for $0.01/year?
