      Pros

      It's a paycheck. Overtime available.

      Cons

      No communication, adequate training, unrealistic requirements, high turnaround, managers are drug users/alcoholics, trucks not maintained properly, they will lie to your face.

      Pros

      $$$, OT, Freedom, Opportunity, Atmosphere, $$$ It used to be a not-so-great place. It's gotten WAY better. I'm glad I stuck it out, though. I have a nice, healthy paycheck and look forward to coming in every day!

      I must say, it's like night and day. Long hours, I guess? But they make that clear from the start.
