- Great Leadership
- Positive/Happy Office Culture
- Great Work-Life Balance
- Management is Flexible with needs
- Enjoyable Work
Overall, this company is surprisingly well put together for such a small team. You are not a number here — instead, you are a unique individual with the freedom to use your talents to build the team more each day. I have worked at a dozen companies and I can genuinely say that Fleetrock is a breath of fresh air when it comes to enjoying what you do day to day.
Cons
- Training isn’t standardized yet
- You might have to work a holiday
- Pay/Benefits could be a little better
When it comes to working in a 24/7 call center, inevitably you may have to work a holiday during the year. The good thing is that holidays are volunteer based, so you will be able to schedule with your teammates to make it fair for everyone. On a small team, everyone leans on and learns from each other. Training can be a bit confusing at times because you don’t know what info to prioritize when you’re new, but honestly everything you will learn is not complicated in the slightest.
