Pros
The competencies that I learned throughout my time there are unparalleled to what I would have learned elsewhere, so I was incredibly pleased. With that said, I knew that right from the start I had to apply myself and show not only the skills I possessed, but also my willingness to learn new things. As with anything new, you must be ready to step outside of your comfort zone and truly immerse yourself into the work, the culture, and the overall business environment. Competitive intelligence is a field that will only continue growing, especially in this globalized world. Fletcher's knowledge of what the client wants and needs is very admirable, which was something I looked up to my entire time there.
In regards to the others who work at Fletcher, I would not call them a team. Instead, I would call them a tribe. I say this because they truly work together, interact with each other in the best of ways, and are always willing to help others in need (even if the projects are in two different categories).
Overall, Fletcher is an excellent place to be part of.
Cons
Based on the duration of my time at Fletcher, I cannot say there were any cons. Many people have said that they have been bored working there, but that is because they are boring people who did not apply themselves properly. That is their own fault and not Fletcher's.
