Pros

After 2 month of being here my experience is great so far! The leadership team is not only smart but truly visionary—they have a clear strategy and are always a few steps ahead. It's exciting to be part of the company that’s on the brink of disrupting the market, and you can feel the energy and drive across the entire company. One thing I love is the absence of micromanagement. You’re trusted to own your work, and leadership empowers you to make meaningful contributions. The culture is highly collaborative, and my colleagues are some of the most supportive, talented, and innovative people I’ve ever worked with. Everyone genuinely wants to help each other succeed, which makes the work environment positive and inspiring.

Cons

You’ll often find yourself wearing multiple hats, which can be challenging if you're used to a strictly defined job scope. The fast-paced nature of the company means you need to be proactive and take ownership of your work. The startup-like culture means there’s a lot of building as we go, so processes aren’t always fully established

Pros

Awesome and intelligent colleagues to work alongside Brilliant new senior hires with fresh ideas as to how to take the company forward Warm, friendly and welcoming environment Collaboration is sought-after Everyone is willing and open to helping those with less experience or who is new and learning Fun social events for the company e.g. board games, company-wide trips abroad, pub quiz nights, etc Potential for growth in this space is massive and awesome to join a company actually making a difference in the industry Flexible working; have WFA and WFH, and fairly flexible with coming in to the office (arriving slightly late and leaving slightly earlier for employees travelling into London/with kids etc)

Cons

Some processes still getting defined as it's a start-up environment but that does mean it comes with the ability to make meaningful impact quickly and opportunities and there to grow!
