      hybrid workplace and free lunch for whomever goes into the office

      Cons

      A hostile work environment where employees are shouted at on a daily basis. Products are extremely outdated and barely work. Most people leave after a few months and those who hang around are just coasting

      Pros

      New leadership driving positive change through the company. A recent investment in the company has spurred positive product and personnel change. The people here are fun to work with and everyone really cares about the product and customers.

      Cons

      Because the company is growing, some internal processes are still being refined, but leadership is open to feedback.
