Company is always looking for ways to improve the business and work enviroment. Employees are incouraged to suggest inpovements to current operations. Also have company gatherings and a employee involment commitee. Company has also won a award for a great place to work.

Can't think of any at this time besides it is noisy with the machines running

I truly can’t think of one but if I did have a complaint, I would express it to management and it would be addressed and resolved!
