Pros
-Free door dash they cover you $15 on your meal so with delivery/tip you’ll typically pay $5 out of pocket which isn’t too bad.
Cons
-This company is hilarious the way they operate. They call themselves a tech company and are the furthest thing from it. They think they’re “revolutionizing” the industry and really there’s 100 other companies doing the same thing and I’ve never seen a worst system than the one we have. -There is absolutely no growth within the company. I’ve worked here for 2 years and there was a huge hiring freeze because I’m pretty sure we’re close to filing for bankruptcy not to mention I got the worst raise I’ve ever seen which wasn’t even close to matching inflation. Just to give you an idea it was a 3% raise in 2years! Like what is that. If anything I got a pay decrease. -Anyone looking at this has also probably seen that we laid off 20% of our workers who were dedicated and have been with the company for a really long time. The worst thing was that they didn’t even tell anyone and started literally locking peoples computers. These were human beings in the middle of a call with a client wondering why their computers no longer worked anymore. It was cause they got fired. People were crying and panicking as it was basically like the purge and they said within the next couple hrs you will either be fired or safe. I’ve never seen anything like it. They even started escorting people out like they were criminals or something and took them out of the building. -You have no idea what team you’ll be working with or who your manager will be or who your clients will be on a bi weekly basis. This isn’t an exaggeration. I can’t tell you how many times my team has switched or how many times my manger has changed or how many clients I have that are constantly changing all the time. -No one knows who to talk to get a raise. I’m not even kidding on this either. I asked my manager if I could talk to him about a raise and then he told me you know let me look into that cause I’m not sure who handles that. I’m like you’re my manager and you don’t know?? Like whutt is this. -Pay super low you’ll probably have to move in with your parents again.
