Pros

They are like other delivery jobs and they are on the market because other grocery delivery companies like getir and gorilla shut down..they have no extra facilities

Cons

Least supportive to the employees, 1. they provide rain jackets, but no rain trousers. You have bring your own trouser. They have some in there hub, but most of them are defective. So you have to buy some equipment to work there. They also don't give any protective gloves, you have share the available gloves in the hub. They only give you a rain jacket and 3 T-shirts, nothing else. 2. The bike they provide, everyone of them have some problems. Sometimes you have to wait for other drivers to end their shift to have a better bike. Some bike's stand is bad, some doesn't have any mobile holder, some's light is broken. 3. Minimum wages given

Pros

Flexibler scheduling, employee discount, apps are user friendly

Cons

Employees are constantly monitored for speed and accuracy with the goal always being increased so that once you reach it, it is moved. No way to be good enough. All customer complaints post-order are reflected on the ops associate, so if a bottle breaks en route because a driver dropped the bag, that's held against the ops associate. So so much food waste. Interactions with corporate are often long and drawn out to get simple changes made.
