Fairly good place to work - Kit Assembly/Packaging Flinn Scientific Employee Review

I worked at Flinn right after a large change of staff on the executive team, and I couldn't have enjoyed my time more. I was given an incredible amount of freedom and space to grow (rare for an intern of my experience) but was buoyed by constant support from my team whenever there was something I needed to learn. The culture was fun, and I got exposure to a lot of different areas, tools, and departments, and I feel way more qualified than before I took the job.

Batavia is a bit out from Chicago, so it took a bit longer than I'm used to to commute every day.

The frontline coworkers/People are fantastic. Would bend over backwards to assist.

Leadership at the top is unstable. 3 CEO's in a year, 5 CFO's in 5 years, 2 CSO's in 5 years. As a result no real direction.
