      Benefit, colleghi competenti, buon bilanciamento tempo libero/lavoro.

      Cons

      Top Management assolutamente inadeguato senza nessuna visione a medio termine, poca attenzione allo sviluppo del personale, poca attenzione alla sicurezza del personale. Il top management non vede altre soluzioni che tagliare personale per aumentare la profittabilità dell'azienda peraltro senza risultati.

      Remote work. The Regulatory team is the best.

      The pay is lower than most companies, but a positive environment. The company was taken as an investment and changed over time, but still a positive place to work.

      Lots of EU crossover being an European company. Lots of turnover in both management and plant level. Could be a great place to work with changes.
