Pros
The people are great, you will make a lot of friends. Work is endless and their are many opportunities to learn and grow.
Cons
Decisions are made top down with little room for input from senior or middle management. The culture is quite cult-like and if you disagree with it, expect to be treated poorly. Too many changes to product, strategy, and vision make it feel like you're always treading water. Work life balance is nonexistent. You will be encouraged to work nonstop, always ready to receive a call or respond to an email 24/7.
