      Pros

      some nice people but that's the same with every organization.

      Cons

      Leaderless and quickly sinking - no new product innovation, insights team are clueless and CEO is more focussed on going to the gym and squatting with his bro's than running an actual company. Typical example of a founder thinking they can be a CEO. Bunch of man-children running a company into the ground.
