It is a place where you can really make your mark and be creative if you are willing to work hard, have a growth mindset and take ownership of your performance and career.

Not a con per se, but we are still navigating the implications of a remote first culture as we grow across provinces, but there is a willingness to continue improving it and ensure that we are an inclusive employer of choice.
